The New Hope Diner Project collaboration is between
For-Profit, Not-For-Profit, Education Facilities, Government Agencies
and RI citizens to provide youth within the Department of Children Youth
and Families Division of Juvenile Correctional Services the opportunity
to learn about history, historic restoration, short order cooking, and
small business management through the restoration of and employment in
these vintage American diners.
